DRIP Cocktails deliver Australia wide!

Our handcrafted cocktails are made to order and will be dispatched from Melbourne within 1-3 business days of placing your order.

We charge a flat rate of $11.95 for delivery within Victoria and $14.95 for deliveries outside of Victoria.

For orders within Victoria: please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order once dispatched.

For orders outside Victoria: please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order once dispatched.

In a hurry? If you require your order sooner than the above timeframe, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We use a third party courier service for delivery of all orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details and recommend you contact the courier service directly for delivery updates.  

Re-delivery of your parcel: In situations where the delivery address is incorrect, no one is at home to receive the parcel that requires a signature or the driver deems it unsafe to deliver the parcel, your parcel will be scanned by the driver and you will receive an email with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. This process is managed through our courier service.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Covid-19 Delivery Update

In light of the current situation, we have been advised by our delivery partner that they will be temporarily implementing a contactless delivery policy with immediate effect. In turn, drivers have been provided with a blanket authority to leave where and when it is appropriate and safe to do so. 

 As this is a public health measure, customers will not be required to provide authority to leave.  

Additionally, due to Victorian restrictions, there might be delays to the usual times in receiving your delivery. 

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS (MONTHLY & QUARTERLY)  

You will never have to worry about when your next drink is coming!

You can now get a selection your favourite handcrafted DRIP Cocktails conveniently delivered to your front door with our monthly and quarterly subscription collections.

All subscription collections are sent at the end of the month based on your chosen frequency and include the cost of delivery.

How does it work?

To ensure you are not kept waiting too long for your first delivery, your first collection will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days.

After your first delivery -

For monthly subscriptions: 

  • If your first order was placed before the 15th of the month (e.g. 13 June), your second order will be charged for and delivered at the end of the next month (e.g. July). From here, you will continue to receive your collection at the end of each month.
  • If your first order was placed after the 15th of the month (e.g. 17 June), your second order will be charged for and delivered in the month following the next month (e.g. August). After this, you will continue to receive your collection at the end of each month.

For quarterly subscriptions

  • If your first order was placed before the 15th of the month (e.g. 13 June), your second order will be delivered approximately 3 months after your first order (e.g. August). From here, you will continue to receive your collection by the end of the next quarter.
  • If you placed your order after the 15th of the month (e.g. 17 June), your second order will fall into the following cycle, which the charge and delivery will occur a month later (e.g. September). After this, you will continue to receive your collection by the end of the next quarter.

The charge date for both monthly and quarterly subscriptions will always be on the 16th of the month.

Any cancellations or amendments to your subscription will need to be made prior to the 15th of the month. These can be completed in real time via our website or by emailing us at orders@dripcocktails.com.

This is in the absence of any unusual events i.e. credit card debit fails.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

DRIP Cocktails take the highest quality of care when packaging your orders.

In the event you receive a defective or damaged order, please email orders@dripcocktails.com as soon as possible with images of the item/s and return to us. Unfortunately, DRIP Cocktails do not offer refunds but can arrange for a replacement once the items have been received and assessed.

Refunds can be arranged in instances of product faults or other issues.

As our products are consumable, it cannot be returned for a change of mind.
