INGREDIENTS
- A dozen oysters
- Half a teaspoon of crushed ginger
- 5 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 chilli
- A handful of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
PREPARATION
- Finely chop the chilli, coriander and place in a bowl.
- Mix the crushed ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar into the bowl.
- Add a teaspoon of the mixture to each oyster.
- Serve with DRIP Aviation Cocktail.
