CEVICHE x DRIP HABANERO MARGARITA COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 grams of boned, skinned salmon or king fish, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pickled jalapeño cut finely
  • 1 chilli, cut finely
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Corn chips

PREPARATION 

  1. Mix the fish, lime juice and salt in a glass bowl. Let it rest for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients except corn chips in another bowl.
  3. Serve with corn chips and a DRIP Habanero Margarita Cocktail.
